Shui Xian Oolong Tea
Shui Xian was mostly known that from Wu Yi Mountain from Fujian province. When the 150 years ago, there is a tea farmer from Quan Zhou city, Fujian province who is using the Wu Yi style producing technical to produce Wen Shan Bao Zhong Tea in Taiwan. Finally Wen Shan Pao Zhong tea is developed in its own style with own special tea quality to suitable the local market require which tea is require greenish with very light oxidization levels. Of course this tea now is become very famous and well known to overseas.
Therefore, we cooperated with local small tea farmer in Ming Jian, Nantou. We ask tea famer to using the traditional way to produce Wu Yi style tea which is mean higher oxidization level (or heavier fermentation level). Then ask our more than 30 years tea master to roast this special reserved tea into Wuyi style which we called Shui Xian Oolong tea.
