Entrusted by Taiwan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), the Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA) will lead a delegation of 29 companies to the Hub Camara Santo Domingo 2018. Taking place March 6-9 at the Centro de Convenciones del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, Taiwanese companies will exhibit a diverse product range canvassing green energy, building materials, hardware, consumer electronics, monitoring equipment, mold and machinery, and much more.
Among the exhibitors: ScopeWell International Corp. manufactures metal products for hardware and fasteners, using steel, stainless steel, aluminum, alloy, and plastics. ScopeWell products are made in Taiwan and the company has cultivated long-term relationships with European, South American and Middle Eastern companies for over 20 years; Greenideal Energy specializes in solar-powered products. The company will showcase one of its most popular products, the foldable Solar E-Bike, which is designed with two different-sized wheels, (the front wheel is bigger) to preserve energy when riding uphill. Moreover, only two hours (approx.) of recharging the battery provides for more than 50 miles of riding.
The Taiwan Pavilion will be located in Hall 2 of Centro de Convenciones del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores. This is the second time TAITRA has led a delegation to the show. We welcome importers and wholesalers to visit the Pavilion and explore innovative Taiwanese products.
